Featuring the latest CNC milling technology, ARZ Machining’s facility house offers state-of-the art options for manufacturing high precision components. We’re equipped to produce low to high volume production as well as prototype machining. All of our operations are centered around our commitment to lean manufacturing and superior quality. Our milling processes include: Milling, Drilling, Boring, Tapping, Thread Milling, Internal Forming, Knurling, Broaching, Counterboring, Profiling, Reaming, Spline, Parting/Cutting, Facing, Countersinking, Pocketing, and other specialty machining processes.

We machine tolerances to 0.0005” and our CNC milling equipment has the capabilities to mill parts up to 40” in length x 20” in width x 25” in height with a maximum part weight of 500lbs. Our mills also offer up to 4 axis of machining capabilities.

We have the ability to work with the following material in our milling operations: Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Titanium, Delrin, Acetal, HDPE, Nylon, PVC, PEEK, Acrylic, ABS, and many others.
